Voltages and Duty Cycles
ProMation offers a full range of voltages—12 and 24VDC, 24, 120, and 230VAC as well as three phase voltages up to 575VAC, including 233, 383, 443, and 483. We also offer switching power supplies that can use line voltages from 24DC to 230VAC. These voltages allow us to serve industrial environments where standard offerings fall short.
Duty cycle performance is equally important. While some non-modulating units operate at a 25 percent duty cycle, ProMation’s standard non-modulating duty cycle is 30 percent with options to operate at higher duty cycles. Our 24V non-modulating and 120V and 230V modulating units offer a 75 percent duty cycle. In applications requiring continuous operation, ProMation’s U-Series actuators offer 100 percent duty cycle for up to 5,000 in. lbs., compared to other manufacturers that limit this performance to much lower torque ranges.
